Biography
I was born and raised in Colorado. After graduating from Wesleyan University and working for two years at major architectural firms in Denver and Seattle, I attended Yale University School of Architecture, where I graduated in 1990.
I offer clients almost 20 years of work experience, with over 14 years of experience as a sole practitioner. I have enjoyed working on a wide range of project types, from large hospitality, retail and office designs to small TI projects and home remodels.
In addition to my architectural practice, I have developed, general contracted and sold a number of my own residential designs. From laying foundation drains to scheduling sub-contractors and inspections, this hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of how the development and construction process interacts with and benefits from thoughtful design.
I have lived in Bend, Oregon since 2003 with my wife and daughter. I am NCARB Certified and am licensed in the states of Washington, Oregon and Colorado.
