Bear Run Duplex

A duplex project in which I acted as general contractor and developer, as well as architect, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The design was meant to be clean and contemporary, yet still maintain a traditional feeling of craft and comfort. Downstairs are two bedrooms, bath, laundry and a family room. Upstairs is a master suite, while a guest-room/office shares space with the living areas on the main floor. The trim throughout is fir with cherry cabinetry.
