Settler's Crossing Residences

These two compact, lower-cost residences were homes I designed, general contracted and sold in Steamboat Springs. Both were built and sold at the same cost as the neighboring contractor-designed homes, but their owners felt they offered something alittle different, with more efficient floor plans and more comfortable spaces.
