Carsberg Hotel-(Project w/ MurphyVarey, Seattle)

A boutique hotel planned for a site overlooking Puget Sound in downtown Seattle. The plan includes a 5 star restaurant, hotel rooms and upper floor condiminiums. Emphasis was placed on a design that would be clean, timeless and contemporary, yet feel at home in its built-up urban street corner. Major materials are buff roman brick, copper and limestone.
